| TERMS Unique Art Exports is an Export Company operating out of India selling “to the trade only”. Each piece of furniture is made to order. To place an order, please let us know your requirement by post, fax or email and we will confirm your order detailing your furniture, price and expected delivery date. We usually work on any of the following payment options: a) Confirmed, Irrevocable Letter of Credit ( LC ) at sight drawn on a First Class Bank. The LC should inter-alia permit part-shipment and alterations should be allowable OR b) Along with a wire transfer of an advance payment of 50% of the Performa Invoice value. The balance will be invoiced upon shipping on Documents against Payment at sight ( DP ) basis . PRICES We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time prior to acceptance of an order. Prices do not include export shipping, taxes or import/ export duties. MINIMUMS & DELIVERIES An Order should be at least equivalent to a container load ( 20' or 40') and in multiples thereof. Normal delivery lead-time is 8-12 weeks ex Jodhpur, India. For accessories we would need a minimum order of 50 pieces per item. For larger items, we allow up to 6 different SKUs in a 40' container. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS Since we make to order, all orders are final. No variation in the order will be binding on us unless the same has been agreed to in writing. PACKING |
